HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT

I agree to abide by the policies and procedures of the Appalachian Animal Rescue Center/MCHS. I understand that all volunteers working with the AARC/MCHS do so at their own risk and that the society can assume NO responsibility for personal injury which may occur while working in the volunteer program, both onsite property or offsite at AARC/MCHS functions.

All children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times, if a child is over the age of 13 and has a parent or guardians permission, they may volunteer unaccompanied.

I am aware that all volunteers of the AARC/MCHS are strongly encouraged to:

Commit to a consistent volunteering schedule
Respect the rules of animal kindness at all times
Encourage others to become members and volunteers
Encourage others to spay and neuter their pets
